History

August, ’64 Founded as a private business at Kamimuta, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka
February, ’71 Purchased an area of 1,260m² in Kanenokuma, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka and moved the office there.
March, ’79 Increased the area of the Kanenokuma site to 2,300m².
December, ’80 Registered as a corporation. (Capital: JPY 10 million)
December, ’83 Increased the area of the Kanenokuma site to 3,600m².
March, ’89 Purchased an area of 10,200m² in Umi-machi, Kasuya-gun.
April, ’90 The office, factory and warehouse are all moved to Umi-machi, Kasuya-gun.
December, ’93 Moved the entire scrap yard to a site of 5,000m² in Kitadani, Dazaifu.
October,’96 Purchased an area of 21500m² in Minamifutajima, Wakamatsu-ku, Kita-Kyushu-shi.
April, ’97 Opened the Kita-Kyushu branch office including a scrap yard and warehouse in Minamifutajima, Wakamatsu-ku, Kita-Kyushu.
May,’02 Completed installation of a plant for a ZMF metal crusher manufactured by Metso Minerals Japan in the Kita-Kyushu branch office.
July,’04 Moved the main office to the east of Hakata Station in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka
January,’05 Constructed a new building of 200m² for the Umi office and expanded the steel warehouse to 3080m².
February,’05 Acquired a site of 12,000m² for a scrap yard in Higashihama, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka.
April,’05 Acquired ISO 14001 certification, an international standard, for the main office, as well as the Higashihama and Umi factories.
October,’05 Acquired ISO 9001 certification, an international standard, for the main office, as well as the Kita-Kyushu branch office, and the Higashihama factory and Umi factories.
March,’06 Opened the Higashihama Factory in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka.
March,’06 Opened a scrap stockyard of 5,000m² at the Hakozaki pier in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka.
June,’06 Increased the capital to 30 million yen.
March ’07 Applied for and attained a special construction business license instead of a general construction business license.
June ’07 Acquired a site of 1550m² to construct a main office building in Kamimuta, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka.
September,’09 Moved the main office to the company's new building in Kamimuta, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka.
July ’10 Obtained an industrial waste disposal business license in Fukuoka City. for 7 categories (waste plastics, waste paper, waste wood, waste fibers, waste metal, waste glass/ceramic and rubble)
January,’12 Holding the 48th anniversary of "Gathering of Appreciation"
September ’13 Constructed a new dormitory for employees in Umi.
